Brother DSMobile 620 - How to Install Drivers
Mac OS 
  • Download the target file to your Macintosh OS.
  • Once you have downloaded, the Disk Image Installer will automatically be installed on your Desktop.
  • You will see an icon of the installer package xxxxxxxx.pkg on the desktop.
Note
  • If you do not see an icon of the installer package, do it manually extract the xxxxxxxx.dmg file with "Disk Utility".
  • "Disk Utility" can be found in the options - Applications - Utilities. "dmg" or called "disk image file". This will require "Disk Utility". By using "Disk Utility", Disk Image Installer will be installed on Brother DSMobile 620.
  • Double-click on the installer package icon icon "xxxxxxx.pkg".
  • Follow the procedures on the screen.
Important for you
  • The installer works and asks you to be able to select the destination volume. We hope you select the same volume with compatible Mac OS operating system to be installed.

Windows OS

Please follow the procedure
  • The instructions may be slightly different depending on the version of your Windows OS.
  • If the driver is already installed on your PC or computer, uninstall and uninstall it before you install a new compatible drivers.
  • You must be logged in as User "Admin".
  • If a Control prompt with User Account is displayed, then click Yes.
  • If the dialog box in Windows Security appears, check and see Always trust software from Brother Industries products, Ltd. and click Install.
  • When the installation dialog promptly instructs you to restart your computer and apply the change, Remember: Do not restart your computer and continue the installation until the driver installation process has finished. When the installation is complete, restart your computer.

Linux 

How to Install 
  • Download the drivers package.
  • Login as a superuser (or use "sudo" option if required).
Install the drivers
  • Turn on your MFC or DCP and connecting the USB cable.
  • Open the terminal and go to the directory where the drivers is.
  • You can do for the install scanner driver.
Command (for dpkg) : dpkg -i --force-all  (scanner-drivername).
  • Check if the drivers is installed.
Command (for dpkg) : dpkg -l | grep Brother
